Payment Terms & Conditions

A non-refundable deposit of 250 is required to confirm a booking.

However, you may still cancel your booking within 7 days and the deposit will be refunded.

Before confirming a booking or accepting any payment we will send you a copy of our terms & conditions which you will be required to sign and return to us with your deposit.

The balance is due one calendar month prior to your event.

Please make cheques payable to Enchanted Image.

We are sorry but we are unable to accept any card payments at this time.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel your booking we will refund the amount you have paid as follows:

  • 1 month + prior to your event - full refund less the booking fee of 250
  • Up to 1 month prior to your event - 25% less the booking fee of 250
